Building
Justum
- The problem
- People with a real defense lose on procedure. Wrong form, missed window, wrong words. Not merit.
- The approach
- Name the deadline, name the document, show what the required language looks like. Nothing more, and never legal advice.
- Where it stands
- At concept depth, and deliberately unshipped. There is no site to visit. Building this badly would be worse than not building it, so it moves slowly.
Justum comes from watching people lose things that mattered because nobody told them what a court expects.
The failure
Eviction, debt collection, family matters, small claims. A person with a defense loses by default. They did not respond in time, or responded in the wrong form, or wrote a true sentence a court could not act on.
What it would do
Name the deadline. Name the document. Show what the required language looks like. Nothing more. It is not legal advice.
Why it is still a concept
Getting procedure wrong on someone's behalf causes real harm, so it moves at the speed of getting it right.
